Participate in the Prescott and Russell EarlyON Child and Family Centres Perinatal Workshop! This FREE workshop starting in January will help prepare you for your new role as a parent.
The 6 sessions of 2 hours will answer the following questions:
– What impact do I have on my child?
– How can I listen to and take care of my body?
– How do I navigate expectations versus realities?
– How can I stimulate my child and offer a flexible routine?
– What resources are available in my community?
